Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of REGAME's website and gaming setup delivery services. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry, placing a booking, or using the REGAME website (regame.gg), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

REGAME reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Services

REGAME provides mobile gaming setup delivery and installation for private events in the Bay Area, California. Services include delivery, professional setup, and next-day pickup of gaming PCs, monitors, peripherals, and networking equipment.

Service area

We serve the greater Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Fremont, and surrounding cities. Service availability for specific locations is confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operational area.

Service hours

Our team operates Monday through Sunday, 9 AM – 10 PM. Delivery and setup appointments are scheduled within these hours. Pickup occurs by 12:00 PM the following day.

Bookings & Confirmation

An inquiry submitted through our website or via SMS/phone is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when REGAME explicitly confirms availability, you receive a written confirmation, and any required deposit has been received.

Advance notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice to guarantee availability. Same-day or next-day requests may be accommodated subject to availability and carry no guarantee.

Founding customer promo

The 50% founding customer discount applies to the first five confirmed bookings only. It requires a photo/video release and a public review following the event. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Free cancellation window

You may cancel your booking at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are subject to forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free at any time, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible — popular weekend dates, particularly spring and summer Saturdays, book quickly.

REGAME-initiated cancellations

In the rare event that REGAME must cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., equipment failure, emergency, or conditions making safe delivery impossible), we will provide as much advance notice as possible and issue a full refund of any deposit. REGAME is not liable for consequential damages arising from a cancellation.

Customer Responsibilities

Venue requirements

You are responsible for ensuring the venue has sufficient space, accessible power outlets, and a stable surface (tables) for the equipment. REGAME does not supply furniture unless the furniture add-on is included in your booking.

Supervision

An adult (18+) must be present at the venue for the full duration of delivery, setup, and pickup. For events involving minors, the booking adult is responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision throughout the event.

Equipment care

You are responsible for the reasonable care of REGAME equipment during the rental period. Equipment must be kept in the venue and not moved, modified, or subjected to conditions that could cause damage (e.g., exposure to liquids, extreme heat, or outdoor elements).

Access for pickup

You must ensure REGAME has access to the venue for pickup by 12:00 PM the day after the event. Failure to provide access may result in additional fees.

Damage & Liability

Equipment damage

You are financially responsible for any damage to REGAME equipment caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to spills, drops, theft, or vandalism. REGAME will document equipment condition before and after each rental.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REGAME's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the booking in question. REGAME is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

No warranty

Our services are provided 'as is.' While we take every precaution to ensure equipment is functional and properly set up, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted gaming sessions, network uptime, or compatibility with every game title. Game accounts, licenses, and subscriptions are your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All content on regame.gg — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of REGAME and may not be reproduced or used without explicit written permission.

Photo and video release

By accepting the founding customer promotion, you grant REGAME a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photos and videos taken at your event for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. This release applies only to customers who have accepted the founding customer promo terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
